Genuine Quality Workmanship and Attention to Detail
Our company philosophy of genuine quality workmanship is adhered to by Andrew Ramage overseeing all projects. Your special needs will be taken care of by reliable, skilled tradespeople.

Andrew Ramage can speak from personal experience when it comes to renovating a home. In 1997 he renovated his own 1926 bungalow in the heritage-listed suburb of Colonel Light Gardens. The City of Mitcham Council has strict guidelines to maintain the character of this heritage suburb, therefore blending the new with the old was a high priority.
Photos of this renovation show the main stages involved in renovating a home.
| Stage 1 | Demolition. |

|||
| Stage 2 | Footings, slab, first fix plumbing and electrical. | ||||
| Stage 3 | Framework and roof. | ||||
| Stage 4 | Brickwork and internal linings. | ||||
| Second fix carpentry, electrical and plumbing. | |||||
| Stage 5 | Internal and external finishes, such as paving and painting. | ||||
| Stage 6 | Final inspection and clean up. See the Interior. |
We remodelled the kitchen and added spacious open-living and dining areas, plus a study.
